摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a RP - HPLC assay for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Anshen Buxin Tablets. Methods The assay carried out on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and the mobile phase B was water and the mobile phase C was methyl alcohol. The temperature of chromatographic column was 35℃ at a 270 nm detection. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.013 21 μg - 0. 264 2 μg for Tanshinone ⅡA and 0.06 110 μg - 1. 222 0 μg for salvianolic acid B. The mean recovery was 98.60% and 98. 58% , respectivly. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible for the determination of Tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Anshen Buxin Tablets. .关键词
