摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the enantiomers content in valsartan capsules. Methods The α — acidic glycoprotein column ( AGP, 100 mm × 4. 0 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with phosphate buffer ( taking sodium dihydrogen phosphate 2.51 g and potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.91 g, adding water for dissolution and diluting to 1 000 mL, adjusting pH 7.0 with 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution) —isopropanol (98:2) as the mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was 227 nm, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The enantiomers in valsartan capsules showed a good linear relation in the range of 0.009 44-0.188 8μg. The detecting limit was 1. 510 4 ng and the quantitative limit was 3. 398 4 ng. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, strongly specific and applicable to examine enantiomers in valsartan capsules.关键词
