Abstract
Objective To research and develop Shugankangxian Pills and to formulate the quality control method. Methods The medicinal materials Bupleurum, aromatic turmeric, cortex moutan and dragon's blood were smashed into powder for preparing water pills. The microscopic identification. TLC qualitative identification and HPLC method were adopted to determine the content of saikosaponin A as the main component in the preparation. Results The prepared pills were even with good disintegration. The microscopic identification was strongly specific and the TLC identification had no interference. The linear range of saikosaponin A was 0. 1 - 1.6 μg. The average recovery rate was 97.54% with RSD of 1. 44% (n = 6). Conclusion This preparation method is simple. The quality control is fast and accurate and can better control the product quality.关键词
