摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the measures for improving the quality of stockpiling drugs in the inpatient department. Methods By the measures of inspecting the drug cabinets at the end of month, conducting uniform drug returning for the inpatient wards and issuing the uniform the instructions of drug storage, the pharmacists took the exchange with the inpatient wards and guided rationally managing drugs in clinic. Results The various aspects of the expiration date of drugs,drugs retention and storage methods were superior to before implementing measures. But the pharmacist' s interventional rate was low. Conclusion By the intervention and guidance of the pharmacists, the stockpiling drugs in the surgical ward was basically accorded with the standardization. The quality of drugs in the inpatients wards is improved and the medication safety of the patients is ensured.关键词
