我院门诊药物咨询情况回顾性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the quality of pharmacy service and to promote the rational drug use. Methods 311 cases of pharmaceutical counseling records in the outpatient pharmacy from September 2010 to July 2011 were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results In the questions about the pharmacy profession, most was the usage and doses (21.54% ),and followed by drug adverse reactions and announcements( 12. 22% ) and drug interactions! 8. 68% ). According to the analysis on drug class consultation,the top three places were in turn antimicrobials(22. 51% ),circulatory system diugs(l8. 01% ) and digestive system drugs( 16. 08% ). Conclusion Conducting the pharmaceutical counseling service is an important part of pharmaceutical care,and also an important link to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,which plays the role in increasing the patient' s medication compliance and reducing the adverse drug reactions.关键词
