摘要
Abstract
Objective: to investigate the multi-phase dynamic CT enhancement feature of HCC and its relation with tumor suppressor gene PTEN expression. Methods:99 cases HCC patients were chosen,CT scan were performed using SIEMENS 16-slice spiral CT machine,including the early arterial phase, late arterial phase,venous phase and delayed phase. CT data were analyzed using post-processing workstation. The features of the tumors were observed through the MPR, VR and MIP. The relationship between liver capsule,portal vein thrombosis and PTEN expression were observed. Results:(1)The display rate of<3 cm HCC lesions in late arterial phase was significantly higher than other phases ( P <0. 05). The display rate of≥3 cm HCC lesions showed no significant difference in all phases( P >0. 05). (2)There were 28(75. 68%)patients with a complete capsule showed PTEN-positive,significantly higher than the incomplete and no capsule of liver cancer patients( P <0. 05),There were positive correlation between PTEN protein expression and HCC complete capsule. There were 25(75. 76%)patients without portal vein tumor thrombus showed PTEN-positive, significantly higher than those who with portal vein tumor thrombus( P <0. 05), There were negatively correlation between PTEN protein expression and portal vein tumor thrombus. Conclusion: Multi-phase dynamic spiral CT scan has high detection rates in HCC,and there are correlation between PTEN expression and HCC capsule integrity,portal vein thrombosis.关键词
