摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC metnod for determination of chalcone in Coreopsis. Methods
The Inertsil ODS-3 C18 was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1%
glacial acetic acid (80∶20). The detecting wavelength was 378 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results
The linear range of chalcone was 0.4－4.0 μg (Y ＝31 213X－149 303, r ＝0.999 9). The average recovery
was 99.21% and RSD was 1.70% (n＝5). Conclusion The method is simple, convenient and accurate. It can
be applied to control the quality of Coreopsis.关键词
