Abstract
The technology and cost of DIP bleaching with FAS were optimized,the best bleaching result was obtained when the ratio of NaOH/ FAS was 0.5. Brightness of pulp increased constantly with FAS dosage increasing when FAS amount was less than 0.75%. In order to deliver higher brightness pulp,the temperature of the pulp in storage tank ought to be 70℃ if the pulp level was low; otherwise the temperature of the pulp ought to be 60℃ if the pulp level was in middle or high. The same brightness and bleaching cost could be obtained when FAS dosage decreased 0.065% if temperature of the pulp increased 51.关键词
