Experience of Rebuilding a Cylinder Machine to Be a Fourdrinier
摘要
Abstract
The experience of a 4600 type cylinder machine was rebuilt to be a fourdrinier was introduced. The running speed of the machine increased from 120 ~ 150 m/min to 350 ~500 m/min,production increased from 50 ~70 t/d to 200 ~250 t/d,basis weight of the products ranged 52 ~ 150 g/m2,production grades from liner board changed to be based paper of coated paper. The physical property of the products improved significantly and the consumptions of electric,coal,pulp and water reduced.关键词
