摘要
Abstract
Stroke remains a significant public health burden and the leading cause of death and disability of our country. S100B is a protein relevant with the nervous system; it can induce the cell apoptosis of neuron and astrocytes during stroke. In clinical trials, S100B is related to the volume of infarcted tissue and functional outcome of stroke. The biological characteristics of S100B suggest that it can be used as a biomarker of stroke.关键词
