遥感震害快速定量评估方法及其在玉树地震中的应用
Quantitative Methods of Rapid Earthquake Damage Assessment Using Remote Sensing and Its Application in Yushu Earthquake

Abstract
Based on the quantitative damage assessment of Jiashi and Wenchuan Earthquake via remote sensing method, the authors bring out a new method for quantitative assessment of earthquake damage, which need only few in suit survey samples to be investigated by remote sensing method and few actual ground earthquake damage to quantitatively assess the earthquake damage. What' s more, the quantitative relationship between the earthquake damage gained by remote sensing method and the actual damage gained by actual survey is setup on basis of Yushu Earthquake. The equivalent damage index and comprehensive damage index in Jiegu Town of Yushu City are gained. It shows that the result got by rapid remote sensing quantitative assessment is consistent with the result gained by actual survey. This model can be applied in building type distribution assessment and urban earthquake disaster assessment using remote sensing in the similar cities as Jiegu Town of Yushu City.关键词
