不同电针强度与药物剂量刺激效应量的相对关系——针药效应差异性的实验研究
Relative Relationship of Stimulative Effects on Rat Brachycardia between Different Stimultus Intensities of Electro -acupuncture and Drug Dose Intensity

Abstract
Objective: To observe the difference of regulatve effect on rat brachycardia between different maintain doses of propranolol ( Inderal) and different stimulus intensities of electro — acupuncture ( EA) at Ximen point , to study the differences of the effects between different doses of drug and different stimulus intensities of EA. Methods: Brachycardia was induced by propranolol in SD/Wistar rats. Using different maintaining dosage of propranolol (low dosage, middle dosage, high dosage) and different stimulus intensity (2 mA,4 mA,6 mA) of EA to investigate the different regulative effects on heart rate( HR) , mean arterial pressure ( MAP) , left ventricular systolic pressure ( LVSP). Results;The HR, MAP, LVSP were observed. There were significant differences of HR, MAP and LVSP between different dosages (P <0.05); In comparison with the model group,different stimulus intensities of EA at Ximen point all had an improving effect on HR and LVSP (P<0. 01 ) , and the effective size of the trend was 6 mA >4 mA >2 mA, and there was no significant difference on the impact of MAP(P >0. 05 ) ; HR and LVSP of group 4 mA and 6 mA were significantly different when compared with 2 mA ( P < 0. 05 ), but had no significant differences between each other( P > 0. 05 ). Different stimulus intensities of EA had no significant difference on MA1'( P >0. 05) . There was a significant difference of effect of group 4 mA combind with high - dosage when compared with 4 mA arid 2 mA( P <0. 01 ). There was no significant difference of effect of group 4 mA combind with low - dosage when compared with 4 mA and 6 mA (P >0. 05). Conclusion: The dose - effect relationships are different between different maintain doses of propranolol and different stimulus intensities of EA at Ximen point in bradycardia rats, and there is no significant difference between acupuncture combined with drug groups extent an acupuncture effect and drug effect and the possibility to evaluate the effects of acupuncture with drugs.关键词
