毫针透刺法配合运动疗法治疗中风后足内翻临床疗效观察
Point- through -point Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Post- stroke Strephenopodia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects .the intensity of spasm and function of limbs of treating strphenopodia after stroke. Methods: Fifty post - stroke patients with strephenopodia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,25 in each group. The treatment group received point - through - point acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, and the control group received normal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. Two groups of patients were taking conventional symptomatic treatments support. To evaluate the clinical effects .the intensity of spasm and function of limbs after two treatments. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%. Hie total effective rate of the control group was 84% , so the treatment group of the total effective rate was better than that in the control group (P <0. 05 ) ; the two groups of Ashworth index had reduced and the two groups of Fugl - Meyer index had increased after treatment ( P < 0. 01) ; Moreover, the treatment group had decreased more significantly than the control group in Ashworth index , and increased more significantly in Fugl - Meyer index. Conclusion: Point - through - point acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is a better clinical approach for treating strphenopodia after stroke,and it can be more effective in improving the intensity of spasm and function of limbs.关键词
