摘要

Abstract

Because of the reverse fault in well Keshen4, the interbeds of salt, gypsum and gumbo shale soft mud stone are encountered in the depth of 560 m, and the density is improved gradually to 2.45 g/cm3 to prevent tight-hole and stuck- pipe. However, the hazards of lost circulation and stuck-pipe caused by salt dissolve and mud stone dispersion make the maintenance of high density drilling fluid extremely difficult. In laboratory, the DDM and UDM-1 drilling fluid systems are researched, and based on which, the inhibition, solid content, rheology and anti-sloughing capability are modified to insure the penetration operation safely.
