Abstract
The lossy material can improve the output characteristics of the Gryo-TWT. In this paper, a Ka-band Gyro-TWT based on lossy material is introduced. The device is driven by a beam of 13 A current under voltage of 66 kV. The test results show that a peak power of 293 kW, bandwidth of 2.1 GHz, gain of 56 dB and efficiency of 34. 2% has been achieved. The progress of W-band and Q-band Gyro-TWT and W-band gyrotron are also introduced.关键词
