内皮生长因子61基因多态性与肝细胞性肝癌易感性的Meta分析
A Meta-analysis on Relationship between Epidermal Growth Factor 61A/G Polymorphism and Risk of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of epidermal growth factor (EOF) 61A/G and the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC). Methods Electronic searches of PubMed,EMBASE and CNKI were systematically conducted to select studies. Case-control studies containing available genotype frequencies of EOF 61A/G were chose. Odds ratio COR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to assess the strength of this association. Results Six case-control studies including 1 304 cases and 2 613 controls were performed. Meta-analysis showed significant effect of EGF 61 A/ G on HCC risk and protection (G/G VS.G/A+ A/A.OR = 1. 34,95%CI= 1. 16~1. 54;A/A vs. G/G + G/A:OR = 0.66,95% CI= 0.53-0.83). Conclusion The EGF61Gallele is a risk factor of HCCshow-ever.the EGF 61 A allele is a protective factor of HCC.关键词
