摘要

Abstract

The effects of additives (MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2, CaCO3) on magnetic properties and microstructure of high permeability MnZn ferrites were studied by measuring the initial permeability (μ1), quality factor (Q) frequency characteristic graph and SEM, which used the presintering powders from Mn-Zn ferrite wastes as raw material. The results show that adding appropriate additives (MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2) can promote the grain growth and increase the density and/4 of the sample. Moreover, the adding of CaCO3 can improve the frequency characteristics greatly. When the dosages of MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2 and CaCO3 are respectively 0.040%, 0.035%, 0.015% and 0.020%, the comprehensive performances achieve the best.
