泡沫浸渍法制备小梁金属及性能
Fabrication of trabecular metal via impregnation and its properties

Abstract
Trabecular metal (Porous tantalum) was prepared by dipping with polymer foams, using worked PU foam as template, which had a high intension and was compatible with the elastic modulus of human bone. The density, micro-morphology, hole structure and impurity content were analyzed by fluid statics, SEM and EDS. The results show that the specimens can be obtained with the density of 6.06-7.02 g/cm3, the porosity of 57.7%-63.5% and the pore size of 313-622 μm, which have a similar three-dimensional connected hole morphology to cancellous bone, and with no other elements on the sample. The mechanical performance shows that the compressive strength is 50-73 MPa and the elastic modulus is 1.73-2.72 GPa, both similar to cancellous bone.关键词
