摘要

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to investigale ihe on serum SOD and MDA of immunitv damaged mice induced by cyclophosphamide. 75 Kunming male mice with 18-22 g were randomly divided into the control group, the CY group, the high dose group, the middle dose group and the low dose group. The three treated groups were given 200,400 and 600 mg·kg^-1 of polysaccharide to each mouse respectively once daily for 19 successive days. The rest groups were given the same volume of distilled water tbr 19 days. The control group were injected with saline solution, and the oflaer groups were injected with cyclophosphamide (CY) at a dose of 100 mg·kg^-1 on 20^th. The mice of each group were killed by excising eyeballs and blood smnples were collected from mice after 24 hours. Then the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of nmlonaldehvde (MDA) in senam of mice were determined. The resuhs showed that the activities of SOD in polysaccharide groups were all significantly higher than that in group CY (P〈0.01). anti the contents of MDA in the three groups were all significantly decreased (P〈0.01). It was concluded that polysaccharide from Qiling preparation could improve antioxidant status of immunity damaged mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
