Interaction of thiourea-chitosan'copper complex with bovine serum albumin
摘要
Abstract
In physiological condition, the binding reaction of thiourea-chitosan-copper (TUCS-Cu) with bovine serum albumin t BSA) was studied by uhraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that TUCS-Cu combined with BSA to form a new comprmnd system, the quenching belonged to static fluorescence quenching. The binding constant ( K A) of TUCS-Cu with BSA at room temperature was 2.68×10^6 1· mol^-1.关键词
