Influence of Rhododendron molle extraction on egg granuloma caused by Schistosomajaponicum
摘要
Abstract
Female miee infected with 20 cerearia of Schistosoma japonicum were divided into 3 groups. Group I were fed with praziquantel on 45^th post-infection for successive 2 days, group Ⅱ were fed with Rhododendron molle extraction on 45^th post-infection for successive 20 days, and group Ⅲ was as control. Then mice liver granuloma was observed in diffferent period. The resuhs showed that group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were reduced obviousl） on the average diameter of liver granuloma and amounts of eosinophilic granulocyte, which indicated divaricoside and praziquantel could Obviously inhibit the development of egg granuloma caused by Schistosomaj（q）onicum in mice.关键词
