摘要

Abstract

AtCS25 is a function unknown gene in Arabidopsis thaliana. According to the analysis result of bioinformatics, this gene may associate with pollen germination and tube growth. In order to uncover the function of this gene, the full length CDS of AtCS25 was cloned into overexpression binary vector Pbi121 and was transformed into wild - type Arabidopsis thaliana Col mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101. Five transgenic plants were obtained, which played a good foundation for further studying on function of AtCS25 .
