Abstract
The hut compression testing of GH4049 alloy was carried out by thermal mechanical simulator of Gleebe - 1500 in the temperature of 1060 ~ 11801℃ at strain rates of 0. 1 ~50 s-1. A hot processing map was developed on the basis of these data by using the principles of dynamic materials modeling to study the hot characteristics of CH4049 alloy. The map exhibits two instability domains; one domain is at the temperatures of 1060~1110t; and strain rates of 0. 7 -50 s-1, the other one is at the temperatures of 1120 ~ 1180℃ and strain rates of 1. 8 ~50 s-1. The stability region at the temperatures of 1110 - 1175 ℃ and strain rates of 0. 1 ~ 1.8 s-1 , with a peak efficiency of 32% , exhibits dynamic reerystallization.关键词
