Abstract
The pre-tightening mode for the prestressed frame of a hydraulic press is studied. Proceeding from mechanical deformation of the draw bar and connecting piece, the mechanism of pre-press frame is analyzed, and mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of three pre-tightening modes ( overpressure pre-tightening, hydraulic tensinning pretightening and heating pre-tightening) are elaborated. The principle of resistance wire heating when heating pre-tightening is introduced. The effects of the three prelightening modes are prepared. It provides a theoretical basis for production practice.关键词
