摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the Cu-coating method is applied to conducting Cu-coating on the surface of A12O3 ceramic to improve the wettibility between metal and ceramic. The model to measure the wettibility is similar to the sessile drop method. The experiment result shows that the ceramic is easy to break up under the condition of heat stress, and comparing with the no-coating A12O3 ceramic, the ceramic with Cu-coating has better wettibility.关键词
