Dynamics analysis on rolling element bearings with localized defects
摘要
Abstract
In consideration of the influence of the width, depth of the local defect and load zone, a dynamics model of rolling bearings with a rolling element defect was constructed according to the change of the contact force between the rolling element and races caused by the variation of the contact deflection which took place when the defect passed the races. Through the numerical simulation, it was verified that the frequency components of the vibration signal of the rolling bearings with a rolling element defect in low frequency region are the rotary frequency of the cage, the rotation frequency of the rolling element and its multiple frequencies and side bands beside them caused by the rotary frequency of the cage, which is often used in fault diagnosis of rolling-element bearings. The experiment further testified the reliability of the simulated results and the rationality of the model.关键词
