摘要

Abstract

The components and working principle of the 25MN fast forging hydraulic press set are introduced. A network structure of the fieldbus control system ( FCS) consisting of an industrial control computer and PLC was developed for 25 MN forging hydraulic press to satisfy the requirements of production process. The modem forging hydraulic press was characterized by fast forging speed, high control accuracy and high automation, and Multi-mode fuzzy prediction technology was used to realize the smooth, steady, non-vibrating and precise position control.
