Abstract
The working principle of all hydraulic electric-liquid hammer is introduced. The innovation technology is described, offered hy China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co. , Ltd. lo First Tractor Co. , Ltd. , and needed for changing the large tonnage steam (air) drop hammer into an all hydraulic electric-liquid hammer whose hydrolic system adopts a heavy-calibre special service valve set, hammer rod and hammer head adopt the spherical hinge linkage, hammer return stroke is designed as a double-limit buffer unit to avoid the shatter crack of the pipeline, and partial pipeline uses hose. The modified equipment works well, and has low failure rate and high reliability. Its energy saving rate is 90%.关键词
