Abstract
The common operating trouble in the operating process of pipeline thickening production line was pointed out after comprehending the pipeline thickening production line t and analyzing the structure and control state of the pipe-end thickening machine. In allusion to the common trouble occurring in the pipe-end thickening machine when the initial condition is not satisfied, the reason why the fault appears is analyzed, and the solution is offered. The analysis result shows that the most faults during the production are coursed by the jamming of the signal annunciation's hydraulic valve. A measure to reduce such a fault is proposed. It provided a reference for the future fault automatic diagnosis for the production line.关键词
