Study on the HPLC Fingerprint of Toad Skin from Different Regions
目的:对10批不同来源的蟾皮药材进行比较分析,建立蟾皮药材的指纹图谱,为其质量控制和药材鉴别提供依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,通过计算机辅助相似性评价系统对HPLC指纹图谱进行处理和分析,结合相似度计算对药材进行比较.结果:①建立了蟾皮药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,确定了29个峰构成蟾皮药材的指纹特征,其中9个吸收峰与已知9种蟾毒配基类标准品相对应；②10个不同来源的蟾皮药材相对保留时间相似度较高,均在0.99以上,但其相对峰面积相似度…查看全部>>
Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint of toad skin and provide a reliable method for quality control and identification. Methods:It used HPLC for detection and Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation System for processing and analysing HPLC fingerprint .
