慢性肾衰竭证治方药的古代文献研究
Ancient Literature Research on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Formulas for Chronic Renal Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To understand syndrome differentiation and treatment formulas for chronic renal failure in ancient literature, and explore the method of ancient literature research. Method: Our study collected the ancient literature after confirming the ancient names of chronic renal failure, and then analyzed and classified ancient literature, which had a high correlation with chronic renal failure. Result; Ancient experts treated chronic renal failure with principle of tonifying kidney, adjusting five Zang and differentiating deficiency and excess of Yin and Yang, Qi and Blood. The treatment method included discharging of polluted region, clearing lung, drying spleen dampness, wanning or nourishing the kidney. The majority of ancient formulae had the act of discharging of polluted region and nourishing the kidney. Conclusion: There are still most ancient formulas have not been in clinical application or research. The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic renal failure need a further exploration by ancient literature research. Method of ancient literature research need to be further improved and perfected.关键词
