心脑通络液对脑梗塞大鼠脑组织细胞凋亡率的影响
Effect of XinNao TongLuo Ye on Apoptotic Rate in Brain Tissue of Rats with Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of XinNaoTongLuoYe on the apoptotic rate in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods:To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Buchangnaoxintong, the effect on the apoptotic rate in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats was observed in 48h after cerebral ischemia. Results; Compared with model group, the apoptotic rate of each dose group of XinNaoTongLuoYe decreased and the difference was significant( P <0.01 or P <0.05) with the most markedly changing of high - does group, the difference among high - dose group , low - dose group and control group was significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:XinNaoTongLuoYe can repress apoptotic rate in acute period of rats with focal cerebral ischemia.关键词
