脉冲磁场离心铸造高速钢轧辊及性能研究
Fabrication and Mechanical Properties of Centrifugal Cast High Speed Steel Roller with Pulse Magnetic Field
摘要
Abstract
The pulse magnetic field is applied during centrifugal casting to solve the segregation of elements and carbide. The frequency of magnetic fields is set as 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Hz respectively. The corresponding magnetic induction intensities of mould center are 0.2-5 T. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the roller were tested. The results show that the segregation can be inhibited after using pulse magnetic field. The comprehensive mechanical properties are enhanced obviously. When the field frequency is 6 Hz, the best effect can be obtained.关键词
