摘要

Abstract

The pulse magnetic field is applied during centrifugal casting to solve the segregation of elements and carbide. The frequency of magnetic fields is set as 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Hz respectively. The corresponding magnetic induction intensities of mould center are 0.2-5 T. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the roller were tested. The results show that the segregation can be inhibited after using pulse magnetic field. The comprehensive mechanical properties are enhanced obviously. When the field frequency is 6 Hz, the best effect can be obtained.
