摘要

Abstract

In view of the defects of inflexible layout for the sensors, complicated wiring and low efficiency of monitoring and so on in nowadays existing monitoring systems for pump truck, a monitoring system adopting CAN bus and ZigBee technology has been designed in the LabVIEW developing environment to monitor the running status of pump truck in real-time monitoring, prompt fault alarming, automatically recording and analyzing of history data, enabling standardization and plug and play of CAN bus in data acquisition and transmission module. The experimental results show that the system processes stability, high transmission rate and flexible extension, and the operation safety and service life span of concrete pump have been improved.
