摘要

Abstract

Thermal analysis of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) driven by low-temperature waste heat was investigated based on the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The system was simulated with the software Aspen plus. The effects of superheat, subcooling, evaporation temperature and condensing temperature on the performance of the system were analysed respectively. The results show that the system with saturated working fluid gives the best performance, the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency were improved by increasing e-vaporation pressure or reducing condensing pressure. The regenerative ORC gives better performance than basic Rankine cycle.
