Abstract
The changes of solidification process parameters of GH4169 in electroslag remelting process were simulated by software MeltFlow. The influences of variations of cooling water temperature on solidification process parameters were analysed. It is shown that the changes of solidification process parameters are not obvious with the increase of cooling water temperature, and solidification process parameters decrease gradually from center to edge of remelting ingot with the increase of cooling rate. The change trends of local solidification time, secondary dendrite arm spacing and Rayleigh number are consistent, and these parameters are equivalent in solidification structure judgment. The simulation results is well consistent with experimental results.关键词
