Abstract
Aimed at the phenomenon of "water ripple" on lead ingot's surface, the running smoothness of conveyor chain was studied in theoretical analysis combined with simulation analysis. The dynamics model of conveyor system of the machine was established, dynamic analysis was carried out with numerical analysis method; and dynamic simulation was made through Adams. The impact of engagement of chain unit and sprocket wheel, and the velocity fluctuation in tight side are the important factors that affect the running smoothly of conveyor system. Reducing the angular velocity of the active sprocket and chain pitch and increasing the number of teeth can reduce the impact of engagement force and the velocity fluctuation of the conveyor chain, and increase the Tunning smoothness of the conveyor.关键词
