Abstract
The 25MnTiBR steel parts after carbonitriding were treated by direct quenching or by first cooling in air, or slow cooling in pit, or heap cold then re-heating quenching. The effects of cooling mode on the carbon and nitrogen concentration in the part's surface and the performance of the part were studied. The results show that the different cooling modes have very great effects on the carbon and nitrogen concentrations in the sample surface. Compared with the protection slow cooling, the direct quenching makes the concentrations of carbon and nitrogen in surface decline slightly, the slow cooling in pit and the heap cooling make the concentrations of carbon and nitrogen have a significant reduction.关键词
