摘要
Abstract
The cause of shrinkage defects of large steel castings in 2000MW class wind power generation planet carrier in casting process was analyzed. And several main measures and methods to eliminate this shrinkage defects were proposed: a reasonable choice of the casting position, an optimal design of gating system, an improvements of riser system, an optimization of cold iron set, an improvements of casting process, and so on. By adopting these measures, the shrinkage defects of the castings can effectively be eliminated in production.关键词
