Abstract
Yunlong demonstration district is one of five demonstration district on ＂two-oriented society＂ construction at Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.By analyzing the existing index system of ＂two-oriented＂ industry,at first,it points out that saving resources is the top priority to foster and develop ＂two-oriented＂ industry;friendly environment is its foundation;comprehensive performance is its inevitable result;and innovation capability is its necessary condition.Then the index system of ＂two-oriented＂ that adapt to functional position of Yunlong demonstration district is center of modern service industry in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration are put forward.Finally,evaluation procedures of ＂two-oriented＂ industry are also summarized.关键词
