摘要
Abstract
This paper researches optimization of the preparation of Microcrystalline Cellulose from Bean dregs, by employing the response surface analysis to study the effects of acid solution temperature, con- centration and time on microcrystalline cellulose yield. The results show that interactions significantly af- fect microcrystalline cellulose yield,and that the regression equation provides the best technological con- ditions. The results indicated that acid solution temperature was 88 ℃ and time was 61 minutes,and concentration was 6% ,the yield of microcrystalline cellulose was 69.5%.关键词
