摘要

Abstract

It is necessary to open food nutriology as public elective course in the college.It is not only conducive to the accumulation of the students′ knowledge of nutrition,but also conducive to health knowledge propaganda.According to situation of student,teaching content,teaching methods and experimental teaching were investigated in this paper.The main measures of teaching were described in order to improve the teaching level.
