基于ITS-1序列的部分鳚亚目鱼类的分子系统进化关系研究
Research on Molecular Phylogenetic Relationship of Partial Blennioidei Based on ITS-1 Sequences

Abstract
In this study,the internal transcribed spacer 1(ITS-1)partial sequences of 3 species from Blennioidei in China yellow and bohai seas were amplified using PCR technique,Scomberomorus regalis was designed as outgroup.Nucleotide composition frequencies,Kimura-2 parameter genetic distance and transition/transversion ratios were analyzed with MEGA 4.0 software.Molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed by maximum parsimony(MP)and neighborjoining(NJ)methods also with MEGA 4.0.The results were as follows:There were insertions and deletions in the aligned base pairs,49 bp variable sites were found in the analysis matrix.,the average ts/tv ratio was 1.0;The length of ITS1 was from 375 bp to 562 bp,with the Enedrias fangi′s the longest,and the Ernogrammus hexagrammus the shortest.Enedrias nebulosus and Enedrias fangi were placed in a same clade with support of a high bootstrap value.Enedrias fangi and Enedrias nebulosus had a close relationship,as the genetic distance between the two species of ITS-1 was only 0.02.关键词
