摘要

Abstract

In order to provide basic data for further large-scale,sustainable and healthy farming,focuing on the economically significant species of blood clams in Family Arcidae,including Scapharca subcrenata,Tegillarca granosa,Scapharca broughtonii,Estellarca olivacea,Anadara antiquata,and Barbatia virescens,etc.The research progress on reproduction habits,artificial breeding and culturing techniques of blood clams in combination with aquaculture practice were reviewed.Moreover,the future direction of development of the relevant fields were prospected.
