摘要
Abstract
A large number of facts indicate that the role of pesticides in agricultural development is beyond doubt,but unreasonable abuse ot pesticides lead to pesticides in plants, especially in fruits and vegetables ,which is serious harm to human health and ecological environment. The current methods, techniques and research progress lowing pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were reviewed, including the physical, chemical and biological methods,the degradation effects under different conditions and influencing factors were summarized. The new ideas of the plant hormones-scan spectra of brassinosteroid and artificial pulse to reduce pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were discussed, and future research directions were put forward, which lay the theoretical basis for the application and research of the future pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.关键词
