Study on the Releasing Regularity of Nitrogen from Sediment in Chao Lake

以巢湖西半湖为研究对象,研究上覆水浓度、扰动速率和底泥全氮含量对底泥中氮释放的影响。采集原柱状底泥样品,控制不同影响因素进行模拟试验。结果表明:底泥中氮的释放量符合动态条件下大于静态条件下的释放量的规律;上覆水与底泥之间氮的浓度平衡决定氮的释放;底泥中全氮含量对氮释放的影响不能简单用正负相关来描述。

The experiment took the western half of Chao Lake as the object, studied the influence of the concentration on nitrogen in overlying water, perturbation and total nitrogen content in the sediment on the nitrogen releasing from sediment. Collected the sediment samples of the original state, carried on the simulation experiment when the influencing factors were under control.
