Based on market sales situation and demand for fresh-keeping technique of Myrica rubra, the paper expounded research progress its fresh-keeping technique recently,including surface covering and spraying technique, particular packaging fresh-keeping technique, tree spraying technology,super pressure preservation technology and so on,in order to provide references for popularizing efficient and practical fresh-keeping technique.关键词
