摘要
Abstract
The characteristics and development of biotechnology were reviewed, the general application of biotechnology in maize breeding was discussed from three aspects of cell engineering, transgenic technology and molecular marker technology, and then the constraints to the bio-lechnological breeding of maize were analyzed, finally the future application of modern biotechnology in maize breeding was forecasted. The study explored to improve the breeding rate of maize by the means of biotechnology, so as to provide theoretical references for the rapid and effective breeding of high yield and quality maize cultivars in Xinjiang oasis agricultural area.关键词
