Conception of Constructing a Low-carbon County of Nanhe in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
In China, the concept of low-carbon cities is mainly applied in those large and medium-sized cities, however, the low-carbon construction hasnt been practiced in most of county-level cities, the construction of low-carbon counties is of great significance to the development of China low-carbon cities. With a case study of Nanhe County in Hebei Province, the present situation and formation of high carbon emissions but low carbon absorption in Nanhe County were discussed, and the construction of a low-carbon county of Nanhe was analyzed in depth, so as to provide references for the construction of low-carbon counties in other areas.关键词
