木薯酒糟干法疏水改性研究
Study on Drying Hydrophobic Modification of Cassava Lees
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to modify the cassava lees and coat its surface with a layer of hydrophobic materials, so as to promote the compatibility with plastic substrate in the interface. [ Method] Cassava lees were hydrophobically modified with aluminate used as the coupling agent. The effects of such factors as quantity of coupling agent, reaction temperature, reaction time, and rotational speed etc, on the hydro-phobic properties were studied through activation index. [ Result] The ideal hydrophobic effect would be obtained under the conditions of 6% coupling agent, 100 ℃ temperature, 10 min activation time, and 1 100 r/min rotational speed, under these conditions the activation index was 91.33%. [Conclusion] Cassava lees changed from hydrophilic surface into hydrophobic surface through hydrophobic modification.关键词
